Guelph, ON --
Better access to services and greater program awareness are just two highlights of the new Agricultural Adaptation Council (AAC) web site, launched today in Guelph.
The site, www.adaptcouncil.org, is aimed at promoting better understanding of the financial resources that the AAC provides for projects relating to Ontario's agriculture, food and rural economic development.
New features include:
- What's new - quick reference to AAC news releases and recent activities;
- Key Word Search - facilitates the search for documents relating to a specific subject; and
- Documents and Forms On-line - allows visitors to download documents, such as application forms from the site.
The AAC is a non-profit coalition of 54 agricultural, agri-business and rural organizations working together to be a catalyst for innovation and growth within
Ontario's agricultural and rural communities. The AAC receives its funding through
Ontario's share of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Canadian Adaptation and Rural Development Fund.
